Aseem Abbasee, born on July 16, 1981, is a distinguished poet, film lyricist, scriptwriter, and dialogue writer hailing from Kota (Rajasthan). Widely recognized for his poetic prowess, he achieved notable acclaim for the timeless romantic song “Tune Mere Jaana Kabhi Nahin Jaana,” a cherished anthem across generations. Beyond his contributions to the cinematic world, Aseem extends his creative influence to various media platforms, including television, FM radio, and OTT.

In the realm of FM radio, Aseem has lent his creative talents to stations such as 95 FM Tadka (Rajasthan Patrika Group), 94.3 My FM (DB Corp), and Radio Nasha (Hindustan Times), where he served as a creative writer and show producer. His creative expressions also found a home on visual platforms, as he contributed his writings to Channel-V and Doordarshan.

Radio Career

For almost seven successful years as national creative writer at 94.3 My Fm withSynergy Media Entertainment Limited. Besides this, he has worked with 95 FM Tadka (Rajasthan Patrika group) as a copywriter. His creations have left impressive footprints on the sands of the radio industry. Also worked with zeal for Radio Pink City Jaipur.

Books

He has authored his own anthology, “Khalaein” which includes a complete set of poems written by him and was launched at the Delhi Poetry Festival – 2014. He also works as the Hindi Editor for Poets Corner poetry group. His recently edited books “Lamhe” & “Ishqa” were launched at the Delhi Poetry Festival – 2014.

Film Scripts

Language is not a barrier for me. I have polished skills for Urdu language as well. Written the script of an Urdu serial called “Sa’adat hasan manto stories”.
